Chris asked us to deliver a 2-hour session at Heineken’s First Line Manager conference. The audience was made up of 70 line managers, including Master Brewers.
This conference was a chance to bring the team together, have some fun, position where the business was, then have an element of personal development, through Mike’s session.
Chris wanted the team to take away some practical advice and tools from the session ; ways to help them to become more self-aware. As the emphasis of the day was to have fun, Mike’s session was a blend of psychological theory made accessible through team and individual activities.
Mike created the ABCD programme for Heineken’s conference, which helps people to increase awareness, understand their biases, the restrictions of their comfort zones and how all of this affects their decision making.
