In celebration of it being National Cake Week we thought we would share our wisdom about the perfect recipe for being a great sales person. Oh and not forgetting that we love cakes too!

Ingredients

• 2 x ears
• 1 x mouth
• Handful of listening skills
• 4 table spoons of great questioning techniques
• 4 teaspoons of self belief
• 1 cup of resiliance
• 200ml of a desire to help

Method

Mix the 2 ears,1 mouth and listening skills to the questioning techniques and stir

vigorously.

Then add the resilience, belief and desire to help, continuing to stir until they

form a solid consistency.

Place in the oven and cook until it has risen to the challenge.

Results may vary depending on the quality of ingredients used but if you stick to

the basics you will turn out a great salesperson.
