Background and experience
Alex was educated at three British Universities and has taught at two international Business Schools. Experience includes a period in the Royal Navy, senior roles with leading global companies including DHL, Avis, Cable & Wireless and professional services firms in the City of London. Alex has worked in over 60 countries around the world. He is part of a successful Anglo American yacht racing team and has sailed across the Pacific. Alex runs Business Techniques – a Coaching & Strategy consulting enterprise. Experience in multiple “heavy lift” transformation projects and assignments. Alex writes extensively and is a regular contributor to Health and Wellbeing Magazine.
