I believe people have an innate ability and desire to do the best they can – so what you need are the right tools. By bringing these researched tools together with your personal experiences I believes you can make faster progress than you think!
I won’t leave you wondering what to try next, but nor will I be totally directive: tools that work for some people are uncomfortable for others. Instead, we’ll experiment with the tools to find what works best for you – modifying and customising as required.
Coaching style and approach
I’m not a coach in the traditional business sense. I’m a bit more directive, based on the research of “what works most, for most people”, providing tools that have been researched and proven to work. That doesn’t mean there’s no personalisation of course, just that for my areas of speciality there are proven techniques which are more likely to work than others.
In the training room, I’m light hearted and supportive, but there’s a “no jazz hands” style.
