With over 15 years in Learning & Development, I’ve built a career blending strategic vision with hands‑on delivery. I’ve led L&D strategy at Wave Utilities, managed external partners, and driven engagement through creative, learner‑led programmes. Alongside corporate roles, I’ve worked as a consultant and associate, supporting organisations across sectors including retail, telecoms, and professional services. As a career and performance coach, I now focus on empowering individuals and businesses to unlock potential through tailored coaching and development. My background combines leadership, facilitation, and business development with a passion for people‑centric growth and performance.
