Whitecap Consulting are a business that helps their clients to analyse, develop and implement growth strategies.
They asked us to help them shape a structured process around their Business Development. They wanted to create common processes, methodologies and language for their team to use as part of their business development strategy.
Working with Richard Coates and the team, we created a programme of face to face training covering the fundamentals of sales and business development. This was then built on with access to our online learning platform covering networking and LinkedIn skills. The objective of the programme was to give the team the tools and techniques to be more proactive in their business development. Unusually, partway through the programme, we adjusted the delivery to remote sessions as we found ourselves in lockdown due to the pandemic.
