Lumo are a company who specialise in helping business owners improve their cash flow,  mainly through research and development tax credits (R&D).

In this video, Joanne Warren (Managing Director) explains why they worked with New Results on a Business Development programme. The programme was a combination of

• Exploring the client journey for Lumo’s clients.
• Bringing in the whole organisation to help them understand their clients better.
• Creating a simple structure to use when having sales conversations.
• One to one coaching support

Once again, we adapted our delivery to online sessions once the pandemic meant that face to face workshops wasn’t going to be possible. The team at Lumo were excellent and took to online delivery really well.
