TSG were looking at how to take their managers onto the next step of their development. In particular, they wanted to help managers be more effective in terms of managing in the moment. Helping managers to move from being problem solvers to being more about problem facilitators and giving managers the skills they needed so that they can empower the team around them to make decisions.
The team here at New Results took the framework of our 3-day Train the Coach course and shaped it to suit the needs of the management team at TSG. We also created a 1-day course for new team leaders, giving them an overview of the skills needed to begin their coaching journey.
