Annabel Graham brings 20 years of coaching experience, grounded in an 18-year career as a senior leader in PLC retail, spanning sales, operations, commercial, leadership development, and HR, including five years at SLT and EXCO level.
For over a decade, she has partnered with clients across private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, across industries such as national infrastructure, technology, retail, professional services, charities, NGOs, healthcare, education, and housing.
Annabel is an accredited Master Executive and Team Coach with the Association for Coaching, and is extensively trained in systemic team coaching, several psychometrics, and diverse coaching methodologies.
