Background and experience 

Jane has held senior strategic leadership roles in education and local government (e.g. Barnsley MBC, East Riding of Yorkshire Council), where she shaped and led national policy implementation, directed workforce transformation and embedded positive culture. Today, she works across public, private and VCSE sectors, supporting senior and exec teams through strategic facilitation, leadership development and 1:1 coaching. She is PRINCE2-accredited, DiSC-certified, and an associate on national programmes including NHSE. Jane’s expertise in strategy, people development and organisational change underpins her commitment to helping leaders embed bold, people-centred leadership that drives performance and impact.
