Nevil has been coaching and training coaches for over 20 years. He built a highly effective and inclusive coaching programme for a FTSE 100 organisation over a number of years.

His depth of experience in coaching and training others in coaching allows him to really engage people in useful, effective, and overall impactful coaching sessions.

He brings experience from a range of professional coaching engagements and is trusted by international and national organisations, coaching and their senior leadership and exec teams.

Nevil has been trained in a range of coaching techniques, holds an ILM Level 5 qualification on Coaching and Mentoring in Management, and has been trained in the “Lifestyle Architecture” model of coaching.
