As a qualified coach, mediator and an award winning facilitator, Mark has over 30 years’ experience of leading the development, management, implementation and delivery/facilitation of engaging learning and organisation development strategies and initiatives.
Mark has held senior training and organisation development roles in the Higher Education sector, the private (retail) sector and in local government. With Professor Julie Hodges, from Durham Business School he co-authored the book “Re-shaping HR” which explores how to lead and embed change and the role HR specialists need to adopt. The book involved research interviews with senior HR practitioners from across the globe.
